In order to build harmonious society,China must do a good job in employment.At current situation,China is facing high pressure on employment and there are many sharp contradictions in employment,such as huge labor and few jobs,unreasonable industrial structure and so on.The key to resolution of the problems in employment is to create more jobs by developing diverse forms of non-public ownership of economy.
