摘要
新式J30 J微型连接器是一种超小型矩型插头座且为压接形式。其插头座的接线装配困难、复杂,导致了接线装配工艺复杂,生产周期长,操作困难等。通过分析该连接器的特点,不断的摸索和试验,制定出新式微型连接器的接线装配工艺规范和路线。很好地解决了复杂电缆中微型连接器的生产瓶颈,为各类产品应用J30 J微型连接器提供有益的帮助。
The new J30J mini - connector is one type of super - small connector. The connect methods of this connector is pressure welding. Due to the complex and difficult in connector assembly, the wire assembly technology becomes more complex, the production cycle becomes longer, and the operation becomes more difficult. The character of the connector is analyzed,continuous exploration and experiment is put into effect,a new method of mini - connector standard of assembly technolog）T is also designed. The bottle neck of mini - connector in complex electric cable is settled. The valuable help is given for J30J mini -connector used in other productions.
