摘要
研制的通过双马来酰亚胺与二胺基二苯甲烷反应得到的预聚体与环氧树脂配合,成功将双马来酰亚胺引入到环氧固化体系中,辅以其它助剂组成的电机磁钢叠片胶粘剂粘接性好,在250℃的高温下仍能保持较高的剪切强度,可保障电机在250℃的高温下运行的稳定性和安全性。
The adhesive was synthesized with prepolymer synthesized from bismaleimide and amino diphenylmethane, epoxy resin and other assistants. The prepolymer was combined successfully with epoxy resin so that bismaleimide was taken to the epoxy resin curing system. The adhesive used to bond motor magnet laminated had good bonding properties,and the shear strength was very high at 250℃ which can make sure that the motor works safely and stablely.
