摘要
介绍了一种基于MSP430单片机的小型膛压测试系统的设计。该测试系统体积小、能够承受600MPa的压力、功耗低、可以用电池供电,不需要外部引线,适用于中小口径火炮的膛压测试。可以在现场实时实况的记录被测弹体的相关动态参数,并能够在系统掉电的情况下保持测试所得的数据,以便于回收后准确的回放所记录的数据以供分析。同时介绍了此测试系统的硬件软件设计,并对整个系统的状态转换进行了详细的分析,给出了该测试系统的典型应用。
The paper introduces the design of micro chamber pressure testing and measuring system based on MSP430. The size of the system is small, and it can withstand the pressure of 600MPa. It has very low power consumption,can be battery-powered and need no external lead. It can be used in testing and measuring chamber pressure of the small and medium caliber artillery. It can record real-time data of the movement information of the object being measured at high sample rate and store those data forever, even if the power supply is shut off. When the recorder is recovered and powered again, the former data could be transferred out correctly. In addition, this article introduces the hardware and software design of the system, and has a detailed analysis of the state transition of the entire system and presents a typical application.
