摘要
以永磁交流伺服系统为控制对象,利用MSP430F149单片机和TMS320LF2407A实现速度的准确在线控制和精确检测。通过对常用的三种电动机测速方法的比较,分析了M/T法和T法不适宜在伺服系统采用的原因,并指出M测速法不仅在高速测速范围内能保证速度检测的高精度和低误差,并且在低速范围内同样适用,并加以实验验证。验结果表明,此方法满足交流伺服系统中宽范围速度的在线控制和检测的要求。
Using of MSP430F149 MCU and TMS320LF2407A DSP realized exact speed on-line control and precise detection for PMSM servo system in this paper. According to the compare of three speed measurement methods, analyzed that T method and M/T method were not fit in servo system, then M method was not only fit to the scope of high speed detection, but also suit to low speed detection. Final- ly, experimental verification for M method was given. The experimental result testified the method satisfied the need of wide range speed on-line control and detection of PMSM servo system.
