摘要
依据直流串激电机的调速机理,针对航空电动活门用直流串激电机,提出了高速运行时的反电势测速方法,并根据活门驱动电机的绕组结构型式,设计了基于双Buck变换的功率电路拓扑,实现了串激直流电机的闭环稳速控制。系统硬件结构简单,电机及驱动控制器稳速运行稳定,满足了工程实际的需求。
Based on the speed control theory of series DC motor, discussed the speed measuring tech- nology of opposing electromotance at the high speed. According to the special structure of the series DC motor, designed a series DC motor speed close-loop control system and a dual - Buck inverter was pro- posed. The simple hardware structure and the reliable controller met engineering practice.
