奉系集团“整军经武”的积极作用

对于第一次直奉战争失利后奉系集团规模空前的"整军经武"之作用的评价,学界多从封建军阀纯粹牟取私利的负面影响方面加以考量。但如果以当时国家四分五裂难以形成国防合力这一特殊的历史条件为出发点,可观察到奉系集团"整军经武"的积极作用。奉系集团在与其他军阀争权夺利的同时,实际上也相应独立地担负起了保卫东北边疆主权、领土完整与安全的军事斗争任务。正是在这个层面上,奉系集团的"整军经武",对于抵制日俄扩张东北,增强东北边疆的陆防、海防能力等方面,也做出了一定的贡献。

For a long time, evaluation of the function of building up the nations＇ defenses that FengXi Group launched unprecedentedly after the first Zhifeng war was lost is based on the negative impact that feudal warlords have their own interest. Exactly from this angle, FengXi Group＇s Building up the Nations＇ Defenses made certain contribution for boycotting Japan-Russia＇s expanding to northeast China and strengthening the ability of northeast China frontier＇s land and coast defense.
