Bringing Emergency Management into Long-term Strategic Objectives Health Service of Health Service Develpment

通过对汶川地震医疗卫生救援工作中暴露问题的分析,结合本省卫生应急体系建设和管理工作实践,提出要从建立统一高效的卫生应急体系、加强政府卫生应急主力军和战略预备力量的建设和储备,以及建立和完善政府卫生应急保障机制入手,将应急管理纳入卫生发展长期战略目标。

The medical and health relief work of Wenehuan earthquake exposed some problems. By analysis and study, combining with the health emergency system construction and the practice of management, we proposed establishing of a unified and efficient health emergency system, strengthening the government health emergency response strategies. Begining establishing and improving mechanisms for emergency and guarantee, emergency management shoud be brought into the long-term strategic goals of health development.
