在常规状态下,医院感染管理是有规律可循的。在遇到突发地震等重大灾害时,所有的常规状态均被打破,给医院感染管理带来极大困难,所以应对地震灾害时的医院感染应急管理的预案是非常重要的,并且要随着条件的改变而不断调整。文章总结了地震应急情况下医院感染管理的经验和做法,为今后应急情况下医院感染管理提供参考。

In conventional condition, the nosocomial infection management are wel-regulated. When meeting suddenly earthquake or other significant disasters, all conventional conditions are broken, so the nosocomial infection management changes very difficulty. In summary, the nosocomial infection management＇s contingency plans dealing with earthquake are very important, and should continuously readjust with the conditions＇changes.
