摘要
为了全面、真实地反映医院干部的职责履行情况,我院制定出中层干部量化考核指标。通过客观、规范的考核,营造良性竞争环境,提高了干部的工作效率和执行力。
To reflect the performance of responsibility of middle - level cadres, our hospital established a series of indicators for quantitative evaluation. Through impersonal and normative evaluation, a good competition surroundings has been built, an energetic and struggling cadre team has been constituted. The work efficiency and administration executive power of cadres have been improved greatly.
