摘要
在分析了传统网络化制造系统局限性的基础上引出制造网格的概念。由于制造业的复杂性,制造网格具有比一般的计算网格更为复杂的特征,提出了基于开放网格服务架构思想的制造网格单元技术,并对其进行了较深入的探讨,建立了制造网格的体系结构;最后参考网格的W SRF规范,提出面向网格单元的制造网格实现机制及关键技术。
On the basis of analyzing the limitations of the traditional networking manufacturing system the concept of manufacturing gridding was educed. As a result of complexity of manufacturing industry, the manufacturing gridding possesses more complex characteristics than the ordinary computation gridding. The manufacturing gridding unit technology based on the thought of open gridding service architecture (OGSA) was put forward in this paper and a rather deep discussion on the technology has been carried out. The systematic structure of manufacturing gridding was established and finally the realization mechanism of manufacturing gridding and its key technology oriented to gridding unit were put forward by referen- cing to the WSRF standard of grid.
