摘要
针对异型轧辊环状孔型非圆曲线的数控加工精度要求,分析比较了常用的非圆曲线逼近方法,根据各段的设计要求,应用等误差直线逼近法建立了计算模型,给出等误差直线逼近节点计算的程序框图,为回转非圆曲线面的数控加工提供了理论基础。
Aimed at the accuracy requirement on numerical control machining of noncircular curves of the ring formed hole type of abnormity roller, the commonly used noncircular curve approaehing method has been analytically compared. By the use of equal error straight line approaching method the calculation model was established according to the designing demand of each segment. Procedure block diagram for the calculation of equal error straight line approaching node point was presented thus provided theoretical foundations for the numerical controlled machining of revolution noncircular curved surfaces.
