摘要
机构和机构运动的复杂性给动作可靠性灵敏度的分析带来很大困难,基于动作可靠性仿真结果,求得运动输出量与参数变量的函数关系,进而确定功能失效函数,建立动作可靠性指标表达式,可实现基本变量均值和标准差的灵敏度分析。
On account of the complexity of mechanism and mechanism movement, there brought tremendous difficulty to the a nalysis on the sensitivity of action reliability. The functional relationship between the amount of action out puts and parametric variables was obtained based on the result of action reliability simulation. And then to determine the functional failure function and to establish the target expression of action reliability, thus realized the average value of basic variables and the sensitivity analysis of standard deviation.
