摘要 以某中厚板厂辐射管加热辊底式热处理炉为研究对象,实现了炉内热过程的模型化。该模型主要包括炉内物料跟踪模块、钢板温度场模块、炉围温度场模块等。采用假想面法求得了辐射管炉炉膛热交换二维化的角系数,并作了三维修正。在辊底炉连续运行制度和摆动运行制度下,研究了钢板物料跟踪和温度跟踪的不同特点,提出了改进型1/n摆动方案及相应的物料跟踪函数关系。 The mathematical model is presented for a roller-heat treatment furnace which is heated by radiant tube. In the model, the following modules are included, such as the slab position tracing module, the slab temperature tracing module and the wall temperature tracing module. Two-dimensional view factors in radiant tube furnace are calculated and a three-dimensional correction is made. Different natures of slab position tracing and the slab temperature tracing under the condition of continuous operating system and pendulant operating system are studied, the modified 1/n swing strategy and the function relations of slab position tracing were proposed.
