摘要
目的观察旋转恒定磁场对大鼠血清中铁代谢相关蛋白的影响,为深入认识磁场的多方面生物学效应提供依据。方法将SD大鼠随机分为对照组和曝磁组。后者磁场强度是0.4T、频率为897Hz,每天曝磁1次,每次2h,连续处理30d后处死分组大鼠,获得血清,冻存后测定血清中铁蛋白和乳铁蛋白含量。结果曝磁组大鼠铁蛋白含量有显著性的降低(“p〈0.05”),乳铁蛋白含量有显著性的降低(“P〈0.01”)。结论磁场对大鼠血清中铁蛋白和乳铁蛋白存在影响。
Objective The study was to observe the effects of rotating and stationary magnetic fields (RSMF) on serum iron metabolism-related protein in diabetes rat, and provide more correlated proof for having a better understanding of the biology effects of magnetic field. Methods The diabetes rats were randomly divided into a control group and a RSMF-treated group. The RSMF-treated group was exposed to RSMF for 2 hours a time, once a day during 30 consecutive days, and the magnetic intensity was 0.4T, the frequency was 4 Hz. Killed the rats after 30 days, got the blood of the rats, froze and save it.Detected the Ferritin content, and Lactoferrin(LF) content. Results There was not a significant change of Cp activity between RSMF group and control group, T-AOC in RSMF group was obviously lower than that from the control group( P〈0.05); Ferritin content was significantly lower in RSMF group (P〈0.05) ; and LF content increased significantly in RSMF group( P〈0.05).Conclusion The RSMF has effect to Ferritin and Lactoferrin in serum of diabetes rat.
