摘要
本文介绍引进美国杜邦公司干法生产腈纶的设备和工艺流程。并重点以3·3dtex×64mm有光腈纶生产为典型，对聚合温度、原液浓度、纺丝温度、纺丝速度等工艺条件进行分析探讨，同时将产品质量与其它组分产品作比较。
This article introduces equipment and technological process of the acrylic fiber plant imported from Dupont Co.. It is discussed herein the temperature of polymerization, solid content in the spinning solution,spinning temperature and spinning speed etc.,concerning 3. 33dtex× 64mm Bright staple as typical yarn. A comparison of quality between this product and the other components is given.
