摘要
采用室内半静态方法研究甲胺磷农药在中国蛤蜊内脏的降解动态。结果显示,中国蛤蜊暴露于含有甲胺磷的海水中后,其内脏中的甲胺磷含量迅速升高,2d达到最大值,之后随时间的增加,甲胺磷含量有所下降。中国蛤蜊内脏中的农药含量与环境中甲胺磷浓度呈正比;中国蛤蜊的规格越大,甲胺磷的浓度越高。
A semi-static laboratory method was used to determine degradation trend of methamidophos in viscera of Mactra chinensis. The results showed that when Mactra chinensis exposed to seawater containing methamidophos of different concentrations, methamidophos enriched in viscera of M. chinensis immediately at the first 2 days, then gradually reduced as time expanded. The higher concentration of methamidophos was in environment, the more methamidophos was found in M. chinensis. The concentration of metnamidophos in viscera of Mactra chinensis increased with the size of animal.
