灾害损失评估的三参数区间数模糊综合评判法

Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of disaster loss assessment based on interval numbers of three parameters

对灾害损失评估的新途径进行了探索。根据模糊数学理论,将三参数区间数概念用于解决模糊综合评价对象的某些属性的不确定性问题,在此基础上建立了灾害损失评估的三参数区间数模糊综合评判数学模型,并给出了它在灾害损失评估中的应用。实例表明,该方法能使评判结果更加客观可信。

In this paper, an new method of the disaster losses assessment is presented. The concept of interval numbers of three parameters is used to solving the problem about uncertainty of some properties of an assessed project in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. A mathematical model for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the disaster losses assessmentis is consequently established based on interval numbers of three parameters. Finally, the paper describes the utility of this method with an example.
