摘要
哈萨克族的饮食习俗是在相对封闭的社会环境中产生的,它适应了特定的草原文化需求。随着生产力的发展和生产方式的不断更新,饮食习俗如何适应现代文明,已成为民俗文化研究的一个重要课题。针对哈萨克族饮食习俗中对民族发展起着消极作用的几种典型饮食,分析其中的不足和缺点,寻求阻碍民族发展与进步的根本原因,并提出了加强宣传教育,树立科学饮食观的对策。
Kazakh custom of eating was produced in a relatively closed society, which adapted to the specific cultural needs of the grassland. With the development of productive forces and their methods more changing How dietary practices adapt to modem civilization has become an important subject of a folk cultural research. In this paper, Kazakh customs of the national diet plays a negative role in the development of the several typical diets, and the paper analyzes the shortcomings and weaknesses to hinder the search for national development and progress of the root causes, strengthening public education, establishing the countermeasures of a scientific dietary concept
