摘要 根据热管利用工质相变换热和“导热”性能好的优点,提出了热管换热器的“当量热容量”的概念,并据此用集总参数的形式,给出热管空气预热器的两种动态数学模型。对一前置式热管空气预热器数字仿真的结果表明:金属、工质环节合并的模型完全适合电站锅炉烟风系统热管空气预热器动态数字仿真。 As heat pipes have the advantage of heat transfer by phase changes coupled with good“heat conduction”,the paper presents the concept of “equivalent heat content”of heat pipe heat exchangers,with the help of which,and in the format of composite parameters,two dynamic mathematical models are presented.The results of a mathematical simulation of a topping heat pipe air preheater shows,that the combined metal and working medium model completely suites the purpose of dynamic numerical simulation of heat pipe air heaters in flue gas systems of utility boilers
