稻谷壳的挥发份燃烧机理研究

Research on the Combustion Mechanism of Volatile Ingredients of Rice Chaff

利用示差热天平对谷壳挥发份的燃烧机理进行了研究，得出了稻谷壳挥发份的两阶段燃烧机理，并与煤的挥发份燃烧机理进行了比较，结果表明两者的机理有所不同；同时在流化床热态试验台上进行了不同粒径谷壳的着火温度试验，试验和分析表明，谷壳的挥发份着火燃烧受扩散控制。

he combustion mechanism of the volatile ingredients of rice chaff has been studied with the help of a differential indicating thermal balance,its two staged mechanism of combustion disclosed and compared with that of coal,showing that they are different from one another.Simultaneously ignition temperature tests of differently sized chaff were conducted in a hot state fluidized bed rig.Tests as well as analytical considerations show that the ignition and combustion of the volatile ingredients of chaff is strongly affected by diffusion.
