管桩离心成型余浆循环再生产利用的工艺研究

A Technical Study about the Recycle of Remaining Syrup in the Production of Tube Stakes by Centrifugal Method

管桩余浆作为混凝土的一种组分进行循环再生产利用符合绿色环保和可持续发展的要求.文章以试验为基础,采用统计分析方法,调整和优化混凝土余浆配合比,通过生产检验,总结出一套适合管桩生产企业循环利用混凝土余浆的实用工艺法.

The recycle use of the remaining syrup, as a concrete component gathered in the production of tube stakes, accords with the requests of environmental protection and sustainable development. The technological process presented in this paper is based on the result of experiment, at the same time, the proportion of concrete syrup is adjusted and optimized by the method of statistics. Through the production testing, this technological process is a very practical method for the tube stake producer to recycle the concrete syrup.
