摘要
长期以来,教师一直扮演着教书匠、被动的课程执行者和教学研究的旁观者角色。为了顺应时代的发展,社会呼吁教师进行新的角色定位。新时代教师应成为:学生发展的促进者、课程资源的开发者和实施者、教育活动的研究者和合作者、心理健康的维护者和学习的伙伴。
For a long time, teachers have been teaching subjects, passive executors of courses, and bystanders of teaching research. The time calls for new definition of the teachers' rote. Teachers should be promoters of the students' development, developers and perpetrators of Curriculum resource, researchers and collaborators of education, and defenders of mental health and learning partnerships.
