该文介绍某热电厂２５ＭＷ背压机加装一台非标不设主汽门的３０ＭＷ低压汽轮发电机组，组成国内首台可在纯冷凝、抽汽冷凝及纯背压３种工况下运行的５５ＭＷ双轴双缸汽轮发电机组工程概况，就工程设计中一些主要技术问题进行了阐述并作了经济效益分析。

The paper reports on a 25MW back pressure turbine in one cogeneration power plant,that gets an out of standard secondary 30MW low pressure turbine generator set added,which has the main stop valve wanting,and thus becomes China′s first 55MW cross compound turbine generator set capable of running in three operation modes:pure condensing,extroction condensing as well as pure back pressure.The paper elucidates the main technical problems dealt with and presents an analysis of the economic benefits gained.
