放线菌为模板矿化合成SiO_2纳米结构材料 被引量:2

摘要 放线菌是一种菌体呈丝状、多分枝的单细胞原核生物。本文以放线菌为模板,TEOS(正硅酸乙酯)作为硅源,利用生物矿化合成的方法合成SiO2纳米结构材料,TEOS/培养基为120mg/l,130r/min液体培养放线菌5天,矿化合成了一种颗粒状、直径达5nm的SiO2纳米结构材料。并采用TEM、SEM、EDX、FTIR、TGA等表征手段对实验结果进行了深入细致的研究,获得了大量的实验数据,为利用微生物细胞模板合成介观尺寸有序SiO2纳米材料作出了有益的尝试。 Streptomyces griseus is a kind of unicellular Prokaryote, which has branching filaments.SiO2 nano-strueture material was biominerally synthesized by means of Streptomyces griseus as cell templates and TEOS as Si nutrition, when the concentration of TEOS is 120mg/l, under the man-made liquid conditions of 28℃, 130r/min in 5days, and its diameter was 5nm. The samples were investigated by TEM, SEM, FT-IR, EDX, TGA methods. It was a useful attempt for synthesizing obvious and well-regulated nanostructured SiO: material by means of biological cell templates.
