摘要
目的:考察水曲柳皮与秦皮的主要有效成分的异同。方法:采用HPLC法定性定量和薄层色谱法比较Rf值和荧光属性异同,并从化学上对水曲柳皮用作秦皮代用品做出评价。Agilent ODS色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(11:89)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为334nm;柱温30℃。结果:水曲柳皮中秦皮乙素平均含量是秦皮的1.1倍,但水曲柳皮中秦皮甲素平均含量只有秦皮的10%。结论:从化学成分而论,水曲柳皮不能作为秦皮的替代品。
Objective: To study the difference ofFraxinus mandschurica Rupr. and Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance. Method: TLC was performed to identify Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr and Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance. RP-HPLC analysis was employed by using Agilent C 18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm), acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid, and the detection wavelength was 334nm. Results : Aesculetin from Fraxinus mandschudca Rupr is 1.1 times higher than that from Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance, but aesculin from Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr is as same as 10% of that from Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance. Conclusion: Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr. can't be used as substitute for Fraxinus rhynchophylla Hance.
