摘要
对某光电经纬仪主镜的结构进行研究,了解主镜的支撑方式,分析了光轴不同指向时,镜面的面形变化(PV值、RMS值)规律。在对实体镜进行分析的基础上保证其支撑条件不变,对主镜进行轻量化设计,计算其轻量化率、PV值及RMS值,比较两种轻量化结构,并研究镜面面形随镜面厚度的变化规律。分析结果表明,结构Ⅰ的轻量化效果较好,符合设计要求,研究发现,随着镜面厚度的增加,PV值和RMS值逐渐减少。
The primary mirror of a theodolite was studied by finite element method. The relationship between surface figure deformation ( PV and RMS ) and optical axis directions was gotten when the optical axis pointed to different angles. Based on the results of solid mirror, two lightweight structures were designed and compared, and the relationship between surface figure deformation and mirror thickness was studied. The results show that the lightweight structure I is better, and the surface figure deformations are less, when the mirror thickness is thicker. It satisfies the requirement of design.
