摘要
提供了一种基于有限元分析的汽车离合器从动盘旋转疲劳破坏模拟实验方法。该方法使用ANSYS软件,对摩擦离合器从动盘在超速旋转时的工作状态进行仿真实验,求解出从动盘总成中各零件的变形尺寸、内应力大小,找出从动盘总成零件疲劳破坏的薄弱环节,为离合器设计者和生产者改进从动盘结构尺寸及工艺参数提供理论依据。
A method of ultra-speed spin simulation test of the automobile clutch spider is introduced. This method is based on FEM and use computer to simulate clutch spider working conditions of the speeding spin, getting the results of nodes' displacement and elements' von misses stress of clutch spider components, in order to find out the weak-points of these parts that will show some advices to the designers and manufacturers and helping them improve structural size and technical parameters of clutch spider components.
