FDH包围盒法进行数控仿真加工的碰撞干涉检验

摘要 针对数控加工仿真的特点主要采用基于FDH包围盒法,采用分步检测方式进行碰撞干涉检测。首先进行粗检,将多数明显不相交物体对进行快速排除;然后进行细检,对可能相交的物体对进行进一步检测,检测出潜在的相交区域;最后进行精检,检测物体基本体素(三角面片)之间是否相交,从而判断是否发生碰撞干涉。此方法能在保证检测精度的同时提高检测效率,满足仿真加工的实时性的要求。 This paper introduce the checking method of impact interference by adopting the improved encompass box technology. It includes three steps. The first is crudity detection. It will rapidly cross out the obvious objects which don't interfere from simulative machining circumstances. The second, Further detection will check up on latent crossed section of objects froln the intersectant objects. The last is subtlety detection, it will decide if there is interference between objects by judging the state of base element of objects ( triangle element ) . This method meets the request of NC controlled Machining simulation. At the same time, It conform to the request of detection precision.
