摘要
本文根据开关线调相器的基本原理,首创用PIN管混联的方法,设计制作了X波段0/π微带开关线调相器。其样讲性能:在中心频率时,载漏抑制优于-30dB,插损小于3.5dB,调相器的带宽大于500MHz,完全满足整机要求。
In this paper, according to the basic theory of switched line phase modulator, x - band 0/πmicrostrip switched line phase modulators have been designed and developed using PIN diodes together withshunt - series methods .The phase modulators have performance of that Carry - first side frequency ratio issuperior to - 30dB and insertion loss is less than 3. 5dB at centre freguency. Band width of the phase modulators is of the order of 500MHz. These performances have all sufficed requirements of the equipment.
