摘要
对日本丰田汽车公司的现场管理方法和质量文化的梳理,有助于从企业的微观文化现象出发,进一步探讨质量文化的本质内涵,分析质量文化对企业管理职能规制的各个方面:质量计划、授权型组织与业务流程再造、领导的有效性、人力资源管理与员工参与制计划以及质量控制。
From the micro-level phenomena of enterprise culture, this paper explores the essential connotation of quality culture. Taking Toyota Motor Corparation as an example, it analyzes various aspects of quality culture to enterprise management function, including quality plan, authorized organization and business process reengineering, the effectiveness of the leadership, human resources management and employees participation program, and quality control. Furthermore, it describes how an enterprise can realize breakthrough in quality and provides concrete reference idea for cultivating quality culture.
