摘要
在透视诊所式法律教育内涵的基础上,深刻揭示了诊所式法律教育的理论根源,即成人教育的特点、积极参与的祈求与角色意识的责任;进而探求诊所式法律教育运作模式、运作理念与运作效果。
The author argued that the theoretical root of law education of clinic type, which is that adults' education characteristics, the hope of positively participation and the responsibility of role consciousness, is profoundly promulgated on the foundation of the connotation perspective of law education of clinic type. Then made exploration about the operation pattern, idea and effect on law education of clinic type.
