完善云南投资环境的法律分析——以东盟国家为参照

On Analysis of the legislative perfection on investment environment in Yunnan

近年来,云南省引进外资的数量虽然得到了快速增长,但仍然落后于全国平均水平,在"西部大开发"以及"建设东南亚大通道"的机遇面前,云南必须积极从自身做起,不断完善投资环境,才能抓住这个机会,发展本地经济。本文拟从东盟国家的成功经验入手,通过对比分析,最终提出完善云南投资法律环境的立法建议。

In recent years, the scale of the inflow investment from outside of Yunnan increased rapidly, but it is still blow the average level. Facing the great opportunity of ＂The Grand Western Development Program＂ and ＂the construction of the main passage of Southeast Asia＂, Yunnan must perfect the investment environment self - initiatedly to catch the chance of stimulating the economy. This article put foreword some suggestions on legislation through drawing on the experiences of nations within ASEAN.
