摘要
利用紫杉幼枝顶芽作外植体，以ＭＳ为基本培养基，添加ＮＡＡ与ＢＡＰ不同浓度组合于培养基中，诱导顶芽萌发，形成丛生芽．结果表明：单独使用ＮＡＡ时，最适浓度为１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，产芽外植体为１００％；同时使用ＮＡＡ与ＢＡＰ时，以ＮＡＡ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ加ＢＡＰ０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ效果较好，产芽外植体为７５％．
Shooting was induced from shoot tip bud on MS medium supplemented with different NAA and BAP concentration composition.The results indicate that the RES was 100% with 1.0mg/L NAA;the RES was 75% with NAA 1.0mg/L and BAP 0.1mg/L.
