创伤性双侧髋关节一前一后脱位：一例报告并文献复习
摘要
随着高速交通的发展，外伤性髋关节脱位有上升趋势。外伤性髋关节脱位约占全身所有关节脱位的2％～5％，双侧髋关节脱位约占所有髋关节脱位的1％～2％，其中双侧后脱位约占双侧髋关节脱位的50％，双侧前脱位约占10％，一前一后脱位约占40％。本文报告1例双侧髋关节一前一后脱位并复习22例临床资料完整的病例，同时本例患者还并存右侧胫骨平台骨折，文献中尚无类似损伤报道。
