摘要
病例资料 现病史：住院号542×××，女性，52岁，2007年9月13日因“四肢无力半年，加重2个月”收入神经内科。患者2007年3月初开始感四肢无力，双上肢上抬沉重，毛巾拧不干，爬楼梯费力，蹲卜站起困难。四肢无力渐加重，2007年7月起出现双侧小腿疼痛。四肢无力无明显晨轻暮重，无吞咽困难，大小便正常。
