染色、窄带成像、内镜超声技术在内镜切除术中的应用 被引量：7

摘要 我国是世界上胃、食管肿瘤的高发地区之一，近年来我国早期胃食管癌的检出呈不断上升趋势，这和人们对肿瘤疾病的重视以及检查手段的不断改进密切相关，同时这也推动了内镜下黏膜切除术（EMR）、内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）等内镜切除技术的不断发展，使这些患者在避免外科手术情况下得到了及时有效的治疗，而如何进一步的提高早期胃食管癌以及癌前病变的发现率是目前关注的焦点，
