The paper provides a multitasking real-time operating system software used in MS-DOS operating system of IBM PC and its compatible PCs. It solves single task and non-reentrant of MS-DOS system. In sup port of this operating system, users can program easily real-time multitasking app1ied software that are not supported by Chinese operating system but can display and print Chinese. Because of casting off Chinese oper ating system environment, users can program large-scale real-time multitasking applied softwares.
