摘要
以MS培养基为基础加入不同质量浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)和6苄基氨基腺嘌呤(6BA),对东北红豆杉茎尖进行组织培养.结果表明,茎尖生长量和愈伤组织生长量因激素质量浓度不同而不同,6BA/IBA比值大时,可产生不定芽.从2年生植株上采取的茎尖产生不定芽的百分率较17年生的高.当IBA质量浓度大时,茎尖容易形成不定根,从2年生植株上取的茎尖形成不定根的百分率大于17年生的植株上取的茎尖.
New buds of Taxus cuspidata were cultured with different quality concentrations of IBA and 6 BA.The results showed,the growth of new buds and callus are different with hormon quality concentration.When the specific value of 6 BA/IBA was bigger,many adventitious buds growed up.The percentage of adventitious buds from 2 year old plants is higher than from 17 year old plants.When the quality concentration of IBA was higher,adventitious roots growed up easily.The percentage of adventitious roots from 2 year old plants is higher than from 17 year old plants.
