Cyclin D1、P16 mRNA在急性白血病检测中的意义

摘要 细胞周期蛋白(Cyclins)、依赖于细胞周期蛋白的激酶(Cyclin-dependent kinases,CDK)以及CDK抑制剂(Cyclin-dependent kinases inhibitors,CKI)三者活性调节的平衡是细胞正常生长增殖所必需,而任何导致Cyclins过表达或CKI失表达、失活均可能引起细胞增殖失控产生肿瘤,因而Cyclin D1及属于CKI家族的P16均被认为是潜在的肿瘤相关基因。为探讨Cyclin D1、P16 mRNA基因在急性白血病(AL)患者骨髓单个核细胞(MNC)中的表达及其临床意义,我们采用实时定量RT-PCR方法检测51例AL患者骨髓MNC中Cyelin D1、P16 mRNA的表达水平并分析其临床意义及二者间的相互作用。
