Cripto-1蛋白在急性白血病中的表达

Cripto-1是表皮生长因子-Cripto-FRL-Criptic(EGF-CFC)家族成员之一,其基因定位在人染色体3P21.3。已经发现Cripto-1在人类的多种肿瘤如结肠癌、乳腺癌、卵巢癌、胰腺癌等中高表达,它可以激活P13K/Akt/GSK-3βc-Src和ras/raf/MAPK信号通路,介导细胞增殖和抑制细胞凋亡。目前有关Cripto-1在急性白血病中的表达情况及其与P13K/Akt信号通路之间的关系尚未见报道,我们观察了Cripto-1和p-Akt在白血病中的表达,并分析其与临床疗效之间的关系,旨在探讨Cripto-1在白血病发生、发展及其与临床耐药的关系。
