老年急性病毒性肝炎患者细胞免疫功能与血浆内毒素水平的关系

摘要 急慢性肝炎患者均可发生不同程度的肠源性内毒素血症（intestinal endotoxemia，IETM）。肝炎患者发生IETM的机制复杂，细胞免疫功能低下、机体抗内毒素的免疫功能受损是重要原因之一。我们通过测定老年急性病毒性肝炎患者细胞免疫功能与血浆内毒素水平，探讨两者之间的关系。
