丁酸氢化可的松霜联合口服中药治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效观察

The Clinical Observation of Topical Hydrocortisone Batyrate Cream Therapy Combination with Oral Chinese Medicine Treatment in Subacute Eczema

目的评价单纯外用糖皮质激素和外用糖皮质激素联合口服中药治疗亚急性湿疹的疗效。方法98例患者随机分成单纯外用糖皮质激素治疗组和外用糖皮质激素联合口服中药治疗组。两组患者分别于治疗后进行临床疗效评估及结束治疗后进行复发率的评估。结果两组有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05),但是结束治疗后的复发率差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论糖皮质激素联合口服中药治疗亚急性湿疹能够明显降低停止糖皮质激素制剂后原发疾病的复发或反跳现象。提示中西药联合治疗亚急性湿疹在进一步巩固疗效方面具有一定的临床价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of topical hydrocortisone batyrate cream therapy combination with or without oral Chinese medicine treatment in subacute eczema. Methods Ninety-eight patients with subacute eczema were randomly divided into topical hydrocortisone batyrate cream therapy group and topical hydrocortisone batyrate cream therapy combination with oral Chinese medicine treatment group. The patients in these two groups received continuous treatment for 4 weeks and follow-up for additional 4 weeks. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the total effective rates （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Recurrence rate was 35.1% in topical hydrocortisone batyrate cream therapy group, and was 7.9% in topical hydrocortisone batyrate cream therapy combination with oral Chinese medicine treatment group. A significant difference was noted in the recurrence rate between the two groups（P 〈 0.01 ） o Conclusion In the treatment of subacute eczema, topical hydrocortisone batyrate cream combined with oral Chinese medicine could greatly decrease recurrence rate or rebound phenomena following withdrawal of steroids. The topical steroids combination with oral Chinese medicine would be valuable in the clinical maintenance of treatment effect for the patients of subacute eczema.
