患者男,53岁。左大腿肿块伴瘙痒2月余。结合病史、皮损特点、实验室检查、皮损组织病理学改变、免疫组化检查结果,确诊为皮肤转移性黑素瘤。
A 53-year-old male presented with tumors associated with pruritus in the left leg for two months. The diagnosis was established by history, clinical features and laboratory examination.
