In an increasingly competitive society and the process of globalization, many plants, in order to concentrate on the core competitiveness, form out their logistics to a third--party logistics company, which brings significant competitive advantage but also new risk to themselves. And such a risk has its interior certainty for it＇s a risk of consignation and agency under the circumstances of imbalanced information. Therefore, to take some effective measures to decrease the risk of logistics farming--out has great significance to enterprise development.
