On the Developing of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from International Vocational Education Logos

高素质的人才培养需要高素质的教师队伍，而我国高职院校的师资队伍，还远远不能适应知识经济和信息化社会对高等职业教育的要求，学习和借鉴发达国家的成功经验，才能推进我国高职院校教师队伍的建设。

To cultivate high--calibre graduates needs high--calibre faculty. However, the present situation of faculty in China＇s higher vocational education cannot meet the need of knowledge--based economy and information society. Thus, to borrow ideas from the successful experiences in the developed countries will improve the building and developing of Chinese faculty in higher vocational colleges.
