香菇多糖腹腔内注射联合体外高频热疗治疗恶性腹腔积液

Clinical study of intrapleural injection of lentinan combined with external high-frequency heat therapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的观察生物反应调节剂香菇多糖联合体外高频热疗治疗恶性腹腔积液的临床疗效。方法A组:应用香菇多糖6～8mg/次,腹腔内注射,每周1次,体外高频热疗,每周2次,连续4周;B组:应用顺铂30～40mg/次,腹腔内注射,每周1次,体外高频热疗,每周2次,连续4周。结果A组14例中完全缓解4例(28.6%),部分缓解6例(42.8%),无效4例(28.6%),总缓解率为71.4%;B组14例中完全缓解4例(28.6%),部分缓解5例(35.7%),无效5例(35.7%),总缓解率为64.3%。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论生物反应调节剂香菇多糖治疗恶性腹腔积液疗效可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intrapleural injection of lentinan combined with external high - frequency heat therapy in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods Totally 28 patients were divided into two groups： Group A （n = 14） ： intrapleural injection of lentinan 6 -8 mg every week combined with external high -frequency heat therapy twice every week for g weeks. Group B： intrapleural injection of cisplatin 30 - 40 mg every week combined with external high - frequency heat therapy twice every week for four weeks. Results The overall response rate was 71.4% in Group A, which included CR （n =4, 28.6% ） and PR （n =6, 42. 8% ）. The non -response rate was 28. 6% （n =4）. The overall response rate was 64. 3% in Group B, which included CR （n =4, 28.6% ） and PR （n =5, 35.7% ）. The non - response rate was 35.7% （ n = 5 ）. No obvious adverse events were recorded in both two groups. Conclusion Intrapleural injeetion of lentinan eombined with external high - frequency heat therapy is reliable in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion
