Her-2和p27表达与宣威女性肺癌新辅助化疗的关系

The Relation Between the Expressions of Her-2,p27 in Xuanwei Female Lung Cancer and the Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy

目的探讨在新辅助化疗后肺癌组织中Her-2和p27的表达及意义。方法用免疫组化的方法测定32例未化疗及93例新辅助化疗肺癌患者术后标本Her-2和p27的表达状况。结果新辅助化疗组的Her-2的阳性率较未化疗组低(P<0.01),而p27的高表达率较未化疗组高(P<0.01),且在有效组中p27的高表达率升高尤为明显(P<0.01)。新辅助化疗后Her-2与p27明显相关。结论Her-2、p27及其两者之间的关联可能作为肺癌新辅助化疗的一个作用靶点。

Objective To investigate the change of Her-2 and p27 expressions and its significance in patients after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Methods The expressions of Her-2 and p27 in samples from operations of 16 cases without chemotherapy and 62 cases with neoadjnvant chemotherapy were measured by immunohistochemistry. Results Positive rate of Her-2 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group was lower than that of no chemotherapy group（P 〈 0.01 ） ,while the expression rate of p27 in neoadjuvant chemotherapy group was higher than that in no chemotherapy group （P 〈 0.01 ） , and the high expressions of p27 were even notably increased in the effective group（ P 〈0.01 ）. Her-2 had significant correlation with p27 after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Conclusion Her-2,p27 and their correlation could be a potential target for neoadjuvant chemotherapy in lung cancer.
