对Siemens Primus型医用电子直线加速器速调管的维护方法及使用注意事项做出分析,对提高设备的使用率,故障原因判断及提高维修速度有积极作用,并且电子直线加速器中的速调管是相当昂贵的和重要的部件,因此在直线加速器使用中对其特别注意保养和维护是必要的。
To analyze the method of service and announcements in the Siemens Primus type medical electronic linear accelerator Klystron, it is active effect to raise device usage, judge trouble reason and maintain speed.
