三种血清学方法检测梅毒的结果分析

An analysis on the results of three seriological detection methods for syphilis

目的梅毒血清学ELISA、TRUST和TP-PA三种方法的应用比较。方法收集131份ELISA法检测梅毒抗体阳性的标本,用TRUST法和TP-PA法进行平行测定。结果ELISA法阳性131例;TP-PA法阳性125例,阴性6例,符合率为95.4%;TRUST法阳性77例,阴性54例,符合率58.8%。ELISA法阳性标本中TRUST法和TP-PA法均阴性者6例。结论ELISA法是大批量标本梅毒筛查的理想方法,但其阳性标本需用梅毒确证试验确证。

Objective To comepare the three serological detection methods for syphilis. Method THUST and TP-PA melhods were used to detect 131 samples, which had been positive with TP-ELISA method. Result Among the 131 samples, 77 showed positive with the TRUST method, conformation rate was 58.8%; 128 showed positive with TP-PA method, conformation rate was 95.4%; there were 6 negative samples with the two （TRUST and TP-PA） methods. Conclusion TP - ELISA is the ideal method for screening massive samples of syphilis, but the positive samples are needed to be confirmed with confirmation tests.
